DEPARTMENT:          Players Club

Responsibilities:  Protect company assists and insures all policies and procedures are adhered to.  Provides consistent prompt, courteous service to guest in a professional manner.  Works with and in conjunction with all Casino departments for the purpose of furthering guest relationships and quality guest service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must obtain an OST support license.
• Must have a high diploma or GED certificate.
• Must have excellent computer skills in excel, micro-soft word, and data entry.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
